Choroideremia (CHM) is a rare inherited form of blindness affecting approximately 1 in 50,000 people. 

There are currently no approved treatment options for choroideremia. 

All funds raised go directly to the Choroideremia Research Foundation (CRF), a 501(c)(3) public charity, which supports research, education, advocacy, and awareness regarding CHM.
